MONITORING PROGRAM

Talent Identification Monitoring Program

Players scouted or referred through our scouting network are placed into our "Talent Identification Monitoring Program". This program allows us to identify potential players between the ages of 10 through 18. These players will be placed into an observation process period and we will determine if the player meets the standard of being selected to go on trials in Europe. In addition, the players with superior technical and tactical capabilities are guided through the FIFA protocol prior to going on trials in Europe.
